Tia is a recognized leader in bringing sustainability to the existing building market. Tia’s brings a pragmatic perspective to greening existing facilities, drawing on her 25 years of experience in facilities management.
Tia's experience with the LEED® Rating systems started when LEED was commercially introduced. She is well known for her volunteer commitments at the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC) where she was a member of the Energy Advisory TAG, a member of the LEED EBO&M core committee and, currently, a LEED faculty. A registered Professional Engineer and a LEED Accredited Professional, she served on the Federal Energy Management Advisory Council (FEMAC).

Celia Hammond, LEED AP O+M, BEP, has nine years’ experience in facilitating and implementing sustainable and energy saving initiatives in new construction, and the operations and maintenance of facilities. She has performed as a USGBC LEED project reviewer and a team administrator or member in over 45 LEED Certifications including the LEED EB O+M, LEED BD+C and LEED CI rating systems. Celia strives to have building owners achieve economy of scale for their portfolios and helps to guide them through the LEED certification process.
Celia has provided innovative program development, educational trainings and program implementation. She is a frequent speaker at professional and educational seminars for many leaders in the sustainable building industry, including Colorado State University, Cushman &Wakefield, CoreNet, and State of California Department of General Services.Celia@ZIA4Buildings.com
A Rubyist and RoR enthusiast. Andres has been building web based complex business applications for several
industries since the late '90s.
Andres was a lead developer of OpenEMR, the most used open source electronic health record in the world.
Then designed, developed and launched succesfully EMR-Bear, an electronic health record for community based mental health centers.
He is the architect and senior developer of the ZIA QA and facility management tool.
